VIP PROTECTION TRAINING PROGRAM

We train bodyguards/protection officers, rapid deployment forces, cash collectors, and security personnel.

The program is intended for those looking to acquire solid skills that work in practice in stressful situations.

The training focuses on the day-to-day aspects of a bodyguard’s work.

VIP protection course covers only practical issues

• lots of KRAV-MAGA,
• tactical and operational training and counter-surveillance,
• medical training,
• shooting practice adapted to the specific considerations of protection services,
• psychology,
• — and no “calisthenics” whatsoever.

By “calisthenics” we mean all sorts of sports activities that have little in common with the mission at hand, such as traditional Oriental martial arts, mystic Chinese fighting styles, wrestling, etc.
In real life there are a no referees. One-on-one combat is uncommon. The enemy can be armed. Practical experience also shows that a fistfight is not always the best (or legal) option.

This is why a bulk of the VIP protection training course time is devoted to Krav Maga, an Israeli contact combat system aimed at diverting an enemy from their purpose — to make them unable or unwilling to go forth.

We teach not only to beat and shoot. We also pay special attention to psychological matters in order to train to deescalate a conflict verbally or with body language — this includes decision-making, proper talking, and secure communication.

The program consists of three stages of 64 hours each.
Complexity and variety of problems increases stage by stage, so the matter can be studied stepwise only.

The actual program can be adapted specifically to the client’s particular needs. Be sure to mention your idiosyncrasies, such as:

• — Is the client a mountaineering enthusiast who expects his protection officers to have mountain climbing training?

• — Extremely fond of sea trips and on-water security required?
• — Meeting fans?

Beside the course, there are several modules to extend the executive protection training course.

Within one day (the first, most frequently), usual physical tests are conducted, as well as operational skills are examined: test-takers are put into the everydayness/stress for some time, and then are given a situation where they have to demonstrate their best in reacting on attacks on themselves/client/cargo. First aid skills are tested at the same time. Firearm skills are analyzed on the same day under various conditions and scenarios.

The testing process is videotaped.

It is essential to understand that bodyguard’s testing is not about a humiliating personal criticism, but rather a safe way to find out what the program needs to focus on.

Incidentally, we also test protection teams as part of a separate audit service with much deeper and diverse tests compared to the program enrollment testing. Refer to the audit section for more info.

Every training stage is 64 hours long. This can be conveniently split into 8 days of training, 8 hours per day. Four your convenience, you can choose among several VIP protection training program formats.

1. Welcome to Israel!

Course participants can opt to fly to Israel and we will train them “on the holy land”. We need to warn you that it’s the most expensive option, all prices are 2 times higher, and be ready to the extremely high overheads. But we should definitely mention this option, as it exists.

2. Conducting the course on the customer site

Due to fluent English we are happy to go abroad to satisfy our clients’ needs.

This is what we need from you: tickets for coaches, accommodation, meal service, training resources and sites (shooting galleries, weaponry, proving grounds, etc.)

3. base in europe

We can propose to arrange training in the EU — in Estonia, close to the capital city Tallinn. We can do it either for small groups, or for large groups of up to 500 people. Such training will be not as expensive as in Israel.

At each course stage, the price is $2500 / per trainee.
If the training takes 8 days, meal service and accommodation can be provided for extra $1000 per trainee.
